Ld. lawyer of the complainant is present and submits the case. Upon considering her submissions and on careful scrutiny of the entire materials on record, we find that there is no documentary evidence filed by complainant wherefrom it reveals that o.ps. are duty bound to refund the premium amount after deposition of the premium on completion of one year. Complainant, hereinabove, prayed for refund of the premium after deposition of one year of the premium amount. Upon the above observations, we find that o.ps. have not made any deficiency in service towards refund of the premium amount to the complainant by them after completion of one year.

            In view of the above, instant complaint petition is rejected since there is no deficiency on the part of o.ps. to the complainant.

            Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue on the self same cause of action before the appropriate Forum and/or Court.
