AWARD

          Vide her separate statement recorded on 22.8.2024, ld.Counsel for the OPs stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP Company shall pay/transfer the premium amount of the policy in question to the complainant or in his account, subject to furnishing PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Cancelled cheque by the complainant, within three weeks from the supply of said documents by the complainant, failing which the company shall make the said payment along with interest @9% per annum from today till final payment. 

          Vide separate statement, the ld. Counsel for the complainant stated that he admits the aforesaid statement of ld.Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 and the complaint be disposed off accordingly in the National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

2]        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. The OP Company is directed to pay/transfer the premium amount of the policy in question to the complainant or in his account, subject to furnishing PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Cancelled cheque by the complainant, within three weeks from the supply of said documents by the complainant, failing which the company shall make the said payment along with interest @9% per annum from 22.8.2024 till final payment.

3]   The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
