2. HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd. Branch office HDFC SL Kamal Branch, Narayan Plaza, SCO 778-779, Kunjpura Road, opposite Mahavir Dal Karnal.

ORDER

 

                   Learned counsel for the opposite parties made statement that the opposite parties would make payment of the surrender value of the policy within two months after completing formalities by complainant in accordance with the policy. In view of such statement, learned counsel for the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint and he has also made statement for withdrawal of the complaint.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, parties shall remain bound to their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
