Today the ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement. 

     Stated that there is some technical defect in the present complaint and i withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action by condoning the limitation period.

    In view of abid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action as per rules. the time spend before this District Commission shall stand excluded under section in the limitation Act in the light of the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case titled “Lakhsmi Engineering works Vs. PSG Industrial repoted in 19953) SCC 583. Copy of order will be supplied by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commisison, Amritsar as per rules file be sent back to the  District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commisison, Amritsar
