No one appears for the petitioner.  Even then, we have considered the petition on its merits.  An appeal before the State Commission was filed after a delay of exact 365 days with an application for condonation of delay.  The State Commission by a well reasoned order, dismissed the said application and declined to condone undue delay of 365 days.  We are entirely in agreement with the view taken by the State Commission.

We see no illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error in the impugned order, which warrants our interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction of this Commission. 

The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.

Later on, Mr. Anil Hood, learned counsel for the petitioner appears and he has been apprised of the order so passed.
