On call none entered appearance on behalf of the parties. Mr. H. H. Talukdar, learned counsel, entered appearance on 21-7-2022 and sought time for filing evidence on affidavit in chief of the complainant side on the ground that  the complainant was staying at Kerala and unable to come to Guwahati and matter was fixed on 2-9-2022 and on that day there was no representation on behalf of the complainant. For ends of justice last chance was given to the complainant to file evidence on affidavit in chief of the complainant side fixing 21-10-2022. On the day so fixed none appeared for the complainant. However, 15-11-2022 i.e. today is fixed for filing of evidence on affidavit in chief of the complainant side. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the complainant side and as such, we have no other alternative but to dismiss the complaint for default which we accordingly do. This complaint petition is dismissed for default.
