ORDER

            Sh.Nitin Thatai, Counsel for OP No.1 & 2, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“The OP No.1 & 2 offers to refund the premium of Rs.1,00,000/- paid by complainant, after deductions of statutory charges, within 30 days from today.”

            Sh.Rakesh Sharma, Counsel for Complainant, alongwith Sh.Makhan Singh, Father of Complainant, has accepted the offer and has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“I accept the offer. The complaint be disposed of accordingly.”

            In view of the said statements, it is ordered that the OP No.1 & 2 shall refund the premium of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant, after deductions of statutory charges, within 30 days from today i.e. 01.10.2013, failing which the OP No.1 & 2 shall refund the same (premium of Rs.1,00,000/-) along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made.

            Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
