| Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 19 Date: 25.01.2022 Non present on behalf of complainant on repeated call. Ld. Advocate for o.p. no.1 and 2 is present and submits that complainant is absent for a long period and this Commission show caused the complainant. But complainant remains absent today and did not give reply of show cause. It appears from the record that this Commission show caused the complainant on 22.03.2021 vide order no. 13. In spite of that show cause, complainant remain absent on and from 24.06.2021, 30.07.2021, 20.09.2021, 09.12.2021 and today. Considering the conduct of the complainant, in my view, complainant is less interested to proceed with the case. Hence, it is ORDERED that the complainant case be and the same dismissed on the ground of default. Later, After passing the above order Ld. Advocate Mrs. Sarbari Dutta appearing on behalf of o.p. no.3 is present. | |
