Sh. Ajay Mehta Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite parties No. 2 and 3. Today Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 has made the following statement:-

“State that as per instructions of the opposite parties the company is ready to pay Rs. 50,160/- as full and final payment to the complainant in the instant complaint.”

          On the statement of the opposite party No.1/ Insurance company the Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“State that I have gone through the statement made by the Ld. counsel for the opposite party and heard the offer made by the Ld. counsel for the opposite party and accepted the same on behalf of complainant.”

          In view of ibid statements, the present complaint is disposed off with the directions to the opposite party No.1/ Insurance company to make the payment of Rs. 50,160/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand one hundred and sixty only) to the complainant within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The parties are directed to bound by their statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
