Sh.Munish Kohli,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund the premium amount deposited by the complainant within 30 days from today being full and final settlement of claim. In view of the above statement, Sh. Updip Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that he has heard the statement got recorded by the counsel for the opposite party No.1. In view of the terms of compromise, as per instructions of the complainant, the complaint be dismissed as compromised subject to refund of premium amount by the opposite party No.1. Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of as compromised. Parties shall be bound by their statements. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
