              Today, the case was fixed for arguments. However, Smt.Rajwinder Kaur complainant has suffered a statement that  she is ready to accept the fund value of the insurance policy in dispute as prevalent at the time of lapse of the policy. At this stage, Sh.S.K.Vyas, Advocate counsel for the Opposite Parties also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of the complainant. As per the instructions from the company, he accepted the statement of the complainant as correct and requested that the complaint case may be disposed of accordingly. Since the parties have reached a compromise, therefore, the Opposite Parties  are directed to pay the fund value of the insurance policy in dispute as prevalent at the time of lapse of the policy to the complainant, within 20 days of the receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the fund amount payable to the complainant shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the complaint until full and final payment. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
