                   Despite calling the case several times since morning, none turned up on behalf of DH. It is already 3.30 P.M. No further wait is justified. The perusal of present execution petition reveals that the decree holder has failed to submit the policy to the JD as was directed vide impugned order dated 3.1.2014 but despite that the Judgment Debtors paid three cheque Nos. 450325 dated 13.2.2015 of Rs. 54,819/-and cheque No. 102016 dated 18.3.2015 for Rs. 46,106/-and cheque No. 101893 dated 28.7.2014 of Rs. 2200/- which have been accepted by the DH. It appears that the decree holder had already complied the order dated 13.3.2014 but the counsel for DH is pursuing the execution petition unnecessarily. Thus, the same stands dismissed due to non-appearance of the Decree Holder.
