          Vide his separate statement recorded on 12.9.2024

the ld. Counsel for the complainant stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the complainant has received No Due Certificate on 07.09.2024 from the OP Bank in respect of Loan in question and therefore, he withdraws the present complaint being settled and it be disposed off in upcoming National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

          In view of the statement of ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.              

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
