ORDER

 

Present:        Sh. Ashok Nehra for the complainant.

Sh. Gourav Partap Singh, Advocate for  OPs.

 

         Complainant has filed this complaint for claim of policy No. 21249833 which was allegedly purchased by Sonu son of complainant. As per reply submitted by the OPs, the complainant has not submitted the documents as requested by the OPs vide letter dt. 23.02.2021 and as such claim has been suspended and the same can be reopened in case the requisite documents are submitted at any point of time.

        Since, the claim has not been decided and has only been suspended  for want of docments, it is directed that the complainant shall  provide all the documents which are required  by the OPs vide letter dt.23.02.2021 to local office i.e. OP no.4 HDFC Life, M.K.Plaza, Near Bansi Lal Kothi, Hansi Road, Bhiwani-127021 within 30 days from today. Thereafter on receipt of the document, the OPs shall decide the claim within 45 days from the date of submission of documents. The OP no.4 shall also issue receipt to the complainant in token of submission of documents by the complainant.  Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties, free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance
