                File taken up today on the joint application preferred by the counsels for both arties for seeking compromise. Ld counsel for Ops made a statement that they are ready to pay Rs.49,998/- to the complainant as full and final payment within 45 days.

                 Ld counsel for complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement  made by the Ops . Now , he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraw the same being compromised. In view of the same, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdraw being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
