Present:       Sh. Rakesh Panwar, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Deepanshu Tuteja, Advocate for applicant/OP no.1.

ORDER

                   Sh. Deepansh Tuteja Advocate appeared on behalf of  OP no.1 and filed his power of attorney alongwith an application  for setting aside the exparte order dt. 16.08.2022. Learned counsel for the complainant has endorsed  his no objection on the said application. Heard. In view of no objection of learned counsel for complainant as well as  in the interest of justice, said application is allowed. OP no.1 is directed to join the proceedings in the present complaint at this stage.

                   Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to continue with the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Heard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned after due compliance.
