Counsel for DH appeared before the Commission and tendered a statement that awarded amount has been deposited by the JDs/respondents and thus, he does not want to proceed further with the present case and withdraws the same.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for DH/complainant, the present case is hereby disposed off. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
