ORDER:

DH has made statement that he has recived a cheque No.104213 dated 24.01.2019 amounting Rs. 93914/- from the JD in compliance of the order under execution. Hence, he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition and withdraw the same being fully satisfied

In view of statement for DH present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
