Present:       Sh.Harinder Singh complainant in person with

                   Sh. Parmod Vashisth Advocate.

                   Sh.Kunal Juneja Advocate for opposite party No.1.

                   Sh.Dinesh Sehrawat Adv. for opposite party No.2.

                                     

                   Complainant has made a statement that his settlement has been arrived at with the opposite party No.1 & 2. In view of the settlement, he has received a DD No.618749 dated 15.01.2019 amounting to Rs.70000/-(Rupees seventy thousand only).  So he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and as such has stated to withdraw the same. Statement has been recorded separately.

                   In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
