                   Application to take up the case titled as “Aman Vs. HDFC Life Insurance Company” by ld. counsel Sh. Gita Ram Parmar has been filed on behalf of the complainant. It is stated that the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint since the compromise has been effected between the parties for a total sum of Rs.9,20,000/-. The complainant on account of compromise does not want to proceed further with the complaint. Accordingly file taken up. The statement of learned counsel Sh. Rajnish Garg on behalf of OP has been recorded whereby OP has agreed to pay sum of Rs.9,20,000/- within a period of 45 days from today to the complainant failing which the complainant shall be entitled to claim aforesaid amount @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of complaint. This statement has been accepted by learned counsel for the complainant. In view of this, he does not want to pursue with this complaint further. However, in view of compromise between the parties, we pass a compromise order in favour of the complainant to the effect that OP shall pay sum of Rs.9,20,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today. In case of default the complainant shall be at liberty to claim this amount of Rs.9,20,000/- alongwith interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing this complaint i.e. 16.10.2020. Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties concerned, as per rules, if any.  File be consigned be record room after due compliance.
