Final Order / Judgement

                   Compromise has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, learned counsel for opposite party has suffered a statement that as per the instruction of the officials of the opposite party, opposite party is ready to pay Rs.12,00,000/- (Twelve Lakh) being sum assured in lump sum as full and final settlement regarding the policy no.17505149 to the complainant being a nominee under the said policy within the period of 2 months.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of learned counsel for opposite party and agree with the same and the same is acceptable to him as full an final settlement of the claim, so the present case may pleased be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   In view of the above, the present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Opposite party is directed to comply with the order as per statement within 75 days from today. Further opposite party is directed to make the payment to complainant directly. In case of failure, complainant shall be entitled to initiate proceedings under Section 25 and 27 of Consumer Protection Act against opposite party and in that case complainant shall be entitled to get the claim amount along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of present complaint till final realization.
