1. HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. 5^th floor, ILFS Building, lot no.C-22, G-Blocki, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai-400051 through its Managing Director/Chairman.

2. HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. Kunjpura Road, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

              ………Opposite parties.

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Present: Shri G.D.Gupta Advocate for complainant.

                Shri Vikas Bakshi Advocate for OPs.

                 Learned counsel of OPs made a statement that OPs are ready to pay the both policies sum assured amount to the complainant. The sum assured of both the policies are Rs.11,80,000/-. Learned counsel of OP prayed for sometime to pay the amount.

             Learned counsel of complainant made a statement that he has no objection if OPs has taken 45 days for giving the payment. In view of statement of ld. counsel of OPs he withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
