Today, the case is fixed before ‘Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan’ for compromise/settlement. Ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this District Commission:-

Stated that the complainant has received a sum of Rs.13,50,000/- as full and final settlement of all the policies as mentioned in the complaint directly in her bank account number 50100511089879 at HDFC Bank branch at Mamdot District Ferozpur having IFSC Code HDFC0003240 from the Opposite Party and hence, I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant and the same may pleased be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied in ‘Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan’ and the order may be passed accordingly.

          In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant separately before this District Commission, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied in ‘Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan’. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
