Present: Shri Kanwer Preet Singh, learned counsel for the complainant.

                   Case file taken up on the application of moved by the complainant.

        At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh, on the same cause of action. 

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Party concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
