Today, neither the complainant nor anyone on behalf of comlainant has come present. An e-mail has been received in the present complaint. As per e-mail, the death claim of the complainant has been settled and paid to Harbans Kaur, who had filed the death claim in December, 2021. This clearly shows that Sucha Singh, the complainant has died. The complaint shows that the complainant has alleged deficiency in service in not paying the claim to the complainant. No intimation has been given to the Commission regarding the death of complainant nor L.R's of the complainant have come to this Commission. Moreso, as per e-mail, an amount of Rs.1,98,713/- was paid on 14.12.2021 via NEFT – UTR No.M349211754051272 to the claimant. Since the death claim has been received by Harbans Kaur so the present complaint has become infructuous. Therefore, the present complaint is disposed of having become infructuous. File be consigned to the record room.
