ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that complainant is not turning up before this Commission for the past since long. Today also complainant has not turned up. Even counsel for complainant is not present despite intimation having been sent to him through telephonically. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is hereby dismissed in default of appearance.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
