                    Today, learned counsel for the DH/complainant has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, on behalf of DH/complainant, being fully satisfied.     

                   In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
