                   In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
