ORDER

Present:       Sh. Krishan Khichi, Advocate for the complainant.

                             Sh. Deepanshu Tuteja, Advocate for OPs .

 

           Power of attorney filed on behalf of OPs. Learend counsel for the OPs has made a statement that the matter has been compromised and the insurance company is ready to make the payment of Rs.1,04,500/-(One Lakh Four Thousand Five Hundred Only) towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant. He further stated that the aforesaid amount shall be paid within 30days. Counsel for the Complainant has suffered a statement that he is agree with the statement given by learned counsel for OPs and wants to withdraw the present complaint. Statement to these effects recorded separately.

       In view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is disposed off with the direction the HDFC Standard Life insurance company shall make the payment of Rs. 1,04,500/- within 30 days from the date of passing of the order, if the insurance company fails to make the payment of aforesaid amount within 30 days, the insurance company shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of complaint till payment. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
