Appeal No. 2255/2014 Smt. Mamta Agarwal Vs HDFC Life Insurance Co.

07.06.2017.  None for the appellant.

 The appeal is pending since 25.11.2014.  By order dated 22.01.2016 notice was directed to be issued to respondent on payment of PF within 7 days but despite grant of opportunities on 01.12.2016 and 02.03.2017 no PF has been furnished.  On both the aforesaid dates cost of Rs.200/- was imposed for non-compliance of the order.  Still neither cost has been paid nor PF has been furnished, therefore notice could not be issued.  None has appeared today.  It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal, the appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
