Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has lastly on 12.04.2018.  Thereafter, the complainant did not  appeared before the Commission. Court Notice was also issued to the Complainant twice, still he did not appeared. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution.
