Naveen Kumar Vs. HDFC ERGO GIC

 

Present:        Sh. Vivek Tanwar, Advocate alongwith complainant.

                    Sh. Satender Kumar Ghanghas, Advocate for OP.

 

1.                 Ld. counsel for complainant has made a statement, recorded separately, that as per compromise arrived at between the parties to the complaint, OP will pay Rs.32,000/- (Rs. Thirty two thousand) to the complainant as full and final statement within two months from today.

2.                  On the other side, complainant being satisfied with the above statement, requested to decide the complaint accordingly.

3.                 In view of the above statements, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn as full and final sett

lement. OP is directed to remain bound by their statement made today before the Commission.  Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. Case file be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
