File taken up today, i.e. on 13.5.2023 in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of Counsel for OPs have already been recorded on 5.5.2023 to the effect that as per instructions received from the OPs No.1 & 2, the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise, OPs No.1 & 2 are ready to settle the claim of the complainant involved in the present complaint by paying a sum of Rs.1,57,000/- in full & final settlement & the OPs No.1 & 2 will pay the above said amount within a period of 30 days of passing of award.

Further Statement of Complainant along with his Counsel also recorded that he admits the statement given by Counsel for the OPs.

In view of statements suffered by the Complainant as well as Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 and the fact that the good sense has prevailed upon the parties and they have settled the matter amicably. So accordingly, the award is passed with the directions to the OPs No.1 & 2 to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,57,000/- to the complainant in full & final settlement within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the award. The present complaint is accordingly disposed of. Copy of the award be supplied to the parties, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
