File taken up today on the application moved by complainant through his counsel. Complainant appeared in person before this Commission alongwith the counsel and tendered a statement before this Commission that OP-Insurance Company has redressed their grievance and disbursed a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rs.Fifty lac only) vide cheque No.050962 dated 07.09.2022 drawn on HDFC Bank Limited Mumbai. Photocopy of cheque is taken on record as “Mark-A”. Counsel for complainant further stated that they are satisfied with the same and they do not want to pursue further with the present complaint and requested for filing the same.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by complainant alongwith the counsel before the Commission, the present complaint is disposed off being fully satisfied. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
