This case is coming on for hearing before us in the presence of Sri B.Satyanarayana, Advocate for the Complainant and Sri K.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate for Opposite Parties Nos.1 and 2, the petition against 3^rd O.P is dismissed as not pressed and having stood over for consideration the Forum made the following:-

O R D E R

          The complainant and O.Ps 1 and 2 filed compromise petition to get the matter compromised.  In the said petition the complainant has not pressed the petition against the 3^rd O.P and as such the petition against 3^rd O.P is dismissed as not pressed.  Since the complainant and O.Ps 1 and 2 have effected compromise and filed compromise petition, the same is recorded.  In view of the above said facts and circumstances the compromise petition is allowed in terms and conditions of the said petition.
