Complainant himself is present before this Commission and being asked by this Commission the complainant fairly submits that he is not intending to proceed with this matter furthermore as the matter has been settled. Accordingly we are of the view that there is no need to proceed with this matter furthermore.

That  the instant Consumer Case being in No. 106/2017 is dropped due to compromise and Solenama be part of this order.
