                Learned counsel for the complainant has made the statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint due to some technical defect. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file the fresh case in appropriate court/tribunal/ forum on the same cause of action. The benefit under Section 14 (2) of Limitation Act is granted.  Original documents be returned back to the complainant against proper receipt and the photocopy of the same be placed on case file. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
