The Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due the technical defect and permission be given to file afresh before the proper Court/Forum/Authority/Tribunal. Original documents be returned. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the Learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. Original documents received by the learned counsel for the complainant as per his statement. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
