Present        :         Ld. Counsel for Complainant

 

The Complainant resides within the territorial jurisdiction of Karawal Nagar.  He and even the alleged theft has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of District North East.  Neither Complainant nor OP are resident of District East.  Therefore, this Commission does not have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present complaint.  The same is hereby returned to the complainant to file before the court of appropriate jurisdiction. 

Copy of the complaint be retained and original complaint with all the documents be returned to the complainant.       

Retained file be consigned to Record Room.
