Perusal of the record shows that appearance of complainant is very erratic. Complainant lastly appeared on 01.11.2022. However, today is 3^rd consecutive date on which complainant is not present. It seems that complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
