During the arguments it reveal that present complaint pertains to South-west district as the address mentioned is of Najafgarh which lies under the jurisdiction of South-west Consumer Forum as the policy serving office is also in Gurugram. At the stage, complainant wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file afresh with fresh facts. Heard allowed. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn.
