On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant since inception although some proxy counsel appeared on 23.02.2022 & 09.05.2022 and requested for adjournment. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Matter is still at admission stage. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
