Smt. Anita aged 45 years wife of late Shri Dinesh Kumar resident of House no.246, village Uchana, District Karnal (Aadhar no.423695586253).

HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Limited, through its Branch Manager, opp. Mini Secretariat, Sector 12, Urban Estate, Karnal.

 

            ………Opposite party.

 

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                   File taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel of OP.  Learned counsel of OP suffered a statement that company is ready to pay Rs.15,00,000/- (fifteen lakhs) to the complainant as full and final settlement  within 30 days.

                On the other hand, complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of OP, he withdraws his complaint.

                   In view of statement made by the learned counsel of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsel. File consigned to the record room after due compliance.
