OP no. 1 and 2 has filed an application for dismissing the present complaint as per-mature.

2.            Reply to the application filed by the complainant stating that the complainant has submitted all the necessary documents of his hospitalization with the OPs and prays for dismissal of the present application filed by the OPs.

3.            Heard. Learned counsel of the complainant submits that claim has not yet been repudiated by the OPs.

4.            So in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the complainant and also on the submissions made by the OP no. 1 and 2 in their application, the present complaint stands disposed off with the direction to OP no. 1 and 2 to settle the claim of the complainant within a period of 45 days. And also with the directions to the complainant to respond the letter dated 24.8.2017 so written by the OP no. 1 and 2 within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
