Sh. Naval Goel, Advocate has filed power of attorney on beha1f of OP No.2 and written version alongwith self declaration of Manoj Kumar Gupta, Manager, HDFC Bank Mansa on beha1f of OPs No.2&3.

Sh. Rishu Singla, Advocate counsel for OP No.1 has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties. The OP No.1 is ready to pay Rs. 5 lac as full and final settlement of claim of complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

Sh. Abhinandan Sharma, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by learned counsel for the OP No.1. In view of the statement suffered by learned counsel for OP No.1 and as per instruction of complainant, he withdraws the present complaint.

In view of the statements suffered by counsel for complainant as well as counsel for OP No.1 recorded separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be indexed and consigned to record. The parties will be bound by their statements.
