                   There is a delay of 10 days in filing of this appeal and to condone the same; an application (M.A. No. 238 of 2024) has been filed, which is supported by an affidavit. Application stands allowed for the reasons mentioned therein and delay of 10 days in filing of this appeal stands condoned. Accordingly, application stands disposed off.  

                   Present appeal has been preferred against order dated 06.02.2024 vide which vide which complainant’s complaint has been dismissed. There are arguable points emerging in this appeal. Hence, notice of appeal be issued to respondents for 11.12.2024 through registered post.

                   Dasti (by hand) may be issued, if, so desired.
