Present:           Sh. Vijay Kumar Chamrori, Adv. for the complainant.

                        Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. for the opponents.

                       

                        On the intervention of this Commission, matter has amicably been settled between the parties. On behalf of the opponents, Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. offered payment of Rs.45,000/- in lump sum to the complainant, within the period of 45 days from today.  The offered made by Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. for the opponents accepted by the counsel for the complainant on behalf of the complainant. Statement of counsel for the opponents and the counsel for the complainant recorded.

                        Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the opponents and the counsel for the complainant, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of any of the parties, matter being amicably settled between the parties, the complaint is, partly, accepted, against the opponents, holding them, jointly and severally, liable to make payment of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand only), to the complainant, as lump sum money, within the period of 45 days from the date of order, in default of it, the opponents shall liable to make payment of simple interest @8% per annum on the award amount from the date of order till actual payment. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
