                   Sh. B.K.Vashisth, Advocate for opposite party no. 4.

                   File put up today on an application moved by complainant. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.3,50,000/-(Rupees three lakhs fifty thousand only) and the same will be transfer in the complainant’s account No. 6618162083 of Indian Bank, Rohtak within 15 days failing which opposite party No. 1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from the date of order.

                   Complainant also made a separate statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off/setlled with direction to the opposite party No. 1 to transfer the alleged amount of Rs.3,50,000/-(Rupees Three lakhs fifty thousand only) to the complainant account within 15 days, failing which opposite party No. 1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 13.10.2022 till its realization to the complaint. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
