     The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, the learned counsel for complainant seeks permission to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint with better particulars before the competent court of law. His statement to this effect has been recorded separately. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
