1.   HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Ltd., through its Managing Director, office situated at HDFC House, 1^st Floor, 165-166, Backbay Reclaimation H.T.Parekh Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai-400020. (Policy No.23112019057000000 valid from 11.10.2017 to 10.10.2018).

2.   HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Ltd., through its Branch Manager office situated at SCO 237, Sector-12, Karnal-132001.

3.   Modern Automobiles through its Branch Manager, showroom at SCO 411, Sector-8, Panchkula.

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complainat. At this stage, counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh with necessary modification.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with necessary modification.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
