CC No.302 of 2023.

Kamlesh Kumari        Vs.    HDFC ERGO.

 

Present:       Sh.Gurmail Singh, Adv. for the complainant.

                    Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. for the opponent No.1.

                    Opponent No.2 ex-parte.

                  

               On the basis of even dated application filed on behalf of the complainant and the opponent No.1, file taken up on today. The parties entered into amicable settlement and on behalf of Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv., offered payment of sum of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant, as full and final settlement, within the period of 60 days. The counsel for the complainant accepted the offer made on behalf of the opponent No.1. Statement of counsel for the opponent No.1 and the counsel for the complainant recorded.

                Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the opponent No.1 and the counsel for the complainant, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of either of the parties, matter being amicably settled between the parties, the complaint is, accepted, against the opponent No.1, holding it liable to make payment of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), to the complainant, as full and final settlement of the matter, within the period of 60 days from the date of order, in default of it, the complainant shall be entitled to simple interest @8% per annum from the date of order till actual payment.  File be consigned to records.
